I had been writing a lot of music but for whatever reasons, mental health, etc- I had pulled down all of my old music. I was cooking something new, and this was kind of a taste.

Yeah, what do you want from me, it was 2023 or something, it's not like it's gotten better but people are at least paying less attention, anyways, bomb album. I really enjoyed this one.

Is that Normal?

I don't think so.

For some reason this album is where a whole bunch of trauma goes all at once. It's kind of shocking. The image was made by my friend Lynette and I love it. That's why there's no text on the cover.
